What Will Change?

Who is doing the work?

Town Hall Remodel

The red square is the new addition.

We will add a new addition to existing VandenBroek Town Hall and Fire station.  The current facility is 4,800 sq ft. and will undergo some remodeling and a 2,070 sf new addition will be built to the east of the current facility.   The approved construction will provide office spaces for the town board and fire chief.  There will also be a new community room, kitchen, new multi-stall restroom facilities, secure document storage, secure entrance to the town hall and facilities for the fire fighters to change and clean up after emergency calls.   The construction likewise provides space needed to give the fire department the ability for future growth to expand its fleet of vehicles.

What happened?

The outside footings have been poured. The interior of the current hall is being torn apart.
